Become a Power Engineer – 4th Class with BGIS, responsible for operating mechanical systems and performing maintenance tasks. This role involves ensuring facility uptime and compliance with safety regulations.
In this position, you will carry out mechanical and electrical monitoring, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and assist in routine inspections. Your experience will be crucial in managing work order lifecycle and enhancing tenant satisfaction. BGIS values your skills in troubleshooting and environmental health and safety compliance throughout your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate facility mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance services

Requirements:
• High school diploma plus trades training
• Experience in HVAC or mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
