As a temporary Entertainment Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences at the Marchant Crane Centrium in Red Deer. From ticket scanning to concourse support, you will help guests find their way and enjoy the festivities. This position is instrumental in supporting successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide positive customer service to guests

• Manage ticket scanning and troubleshoot issues

• Support concourse operations and maintain safety

• Operate Box Office computer software and process transactions

• Assist with training new team members when needed

• Money handling and basic math skills required

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
