Location: Olds
Advise TD customers in Olds, Alberta, using financial planning expertise and investment knowledge to support their goals and relationships.
As a Personal Banker with TD Canada Trust, you will provide personalized advice across investment and credit banking solutions. You will engage customers, conduct financial reviews, explain portfolio updates, and identify suitable solutions. The role also supports frontline staff and requires accurate, confidential communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
- Ask thoughtful questions to deepen customer relationships
- Provide personalized financial advice and address concerns
- Conduct financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates
- Support frontline staff with customer problems
- High school diploma or one year relevant experience
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent certification
- CFSA completion within twelve months if hired
- Advanced investing and credit process knowledge
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
