TD Banking Customer Experience Associate

Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Red Deer through accurate financial transactions and personalized banking guidance. This 15-hour role supports positive branch experiences.

As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also involves resolving concerns and supporting branch objectives.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
• Provide clear, courteous customer guidance and service

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong organization, planning, administration, and time management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Accurate, adaptable communicator with customer experience skills
