RSM’s Private Client Services practice seeks a Tax Manager serving nationally and internationally operating private businesses, plus high net worth families. You will manage partnership, corporate, and trust engagements while advising on succession planning, wealth transfer planning, and tax compliance. The role also develops client relationships and supports team growth.

• Advise business owners on business and tax opportunities
• Manage partnership, corporate, and trust tax engagements
• Collaborate across specialty tax and business lines
• Provide leadership, training, and career mentorship
• Develop relationships with clients and professional advisors

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related business field
• CPA license or equivalent credential
• At least four years in public accounting taxation
• Proficiency in entity, estate, and individual taxation
• Strong written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills
