Manufacturing finance leadership meets strategic business partnership in this hands-on Finance Director role supporting the President and leadership team.
The Finance Director leads accounting and finance functions across reporting, planning, cash management, and operational analysis. This position requires strong manufacturing finance experience, commercial acumen, and practical judgment. The successful candidate translates financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial information integrity
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and financial modeling
- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and lender reporting
- Develop product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis
- Partner with operations to improve margins, productivity, and working capital
- CPA designation
- Progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow
- Experience with product costing and inventory accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP skills
