Support members with account reviews and banking transactions as a full-time Universal Financial Associate at Servus Credit Union.
Based in the Rimbey branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, this position supports daily banking needs and member financial relationships. You will handle walk-in discussions, review accounts, open accounts, prepare loan information, and recommend credit union products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle discussions with walk-in members and provide branch support
- Review accounts and identify financial fitness recommendations
- Open and review new member accounts
- Differentiate credit union and competitor products clearly
- Process loan payments, utility payments, money orders, and advances
- High school diploma required
- At least one year of retail banking or sales experience
- Finance-related post-secondary education is valuable
- IFIC certification is valuable
- Successful background, reference, and credit checks required
Use banking knowledge, account review skills, and clear product guidance to help Servus members feel good about their money.
