This position requires expertise in police databases such as CIIDS, CPIC, and PROS, along with high-level decision-making. You will be responsible for triaging service requests, communicating clearly, and maintaining administrative accuracy. This is a dynamic role crucial for supporting Municipal Enforcement Officers in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and triage requests efficiently

• Maintain and audit police databases and records

• Communicate effectively using Ten Codes and the Phonetic Alphabet

• Ensure precise documentation and adherence to compliance standards

• Mentor team members and support operational duties

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education with 3+ years in a police communications setting

• Completion of relevant RCMP courses preferred

• Ability to work shift hours, including weekends

• RCMP Security Clearance mandatory

• Typing speed of 50 wpm with accuracy
