• Certified in Hairstyling through a recognized training facility
• Journeyperson and Red Seal certification
• At least 3 years of hands‑on industry experience
• A natural problem‑solver and team player
• Self‑motivated, creative, and excited to mentor new talent
• Willing to complete all MC College and provincial training requirements
• Strong communication skills—because you’re a star with people!

As an Instructor, you’ll be guiding students through every step of their hairstyling journey:

• Inspiring students with MC College’s mission:
  • "Empowering Future Professionals for the Beauty and Fashion industry with skills to change their lives and enjoy rewarding careers."
• Teaching both theory and hands‑on practical skills
  Instruct using a well‑researched and structured curriculum
• Coaching students on salon simulation, client care, sales, self‑marketing, and how to build a loyal clientele
