Drive beauty sales and deliver exceptional service at Shoppers Drug Mart in your community. This role focuses on maximizing awareness of beauty products and participating in the PC Optimum program.
As a Beauty Specialist, you will enhance customer engagement through sales promotions and a fun selling attitude. Your expertise in cosmetics, combined with consultative selling and outstanding customer service, will help create a positive shopping experience. You'll also actively promote in-store events and ensure compliance with operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize the sales of beauty products and services
• Promote customer participation in the PC Optimum program
• Model superior customer service behaviors with eClienteling
• Book and promote in-store beauty events
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in cosmetics
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and services
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Independent thinking and consultative selling skills
