Position: SE Health Part-Time Care Aide

This part-time role focuses on supporting residents living in seniors facilities through daily living assistance, personal care, and more. You will be expected to maintain and document care plans, report changes in resident conditions, and participate in educational programs to enhance your skills. Flexibility is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized hospitality service to residents

• Assist with medication as outlined in care plans

• Report any concerns to the LPN in a timely manner

• Participate in updating care plans to ensure quality service

• Document care activities daily in the system

Requirements:

• CLHA registration as a Health Care Aide

• Current immunization, including TB tests

• Recent Criminal Reference Check required

• Strong organizational and team-working skills

• Physical capability to manage demanding tasks
