In this full-time position, you will assess residents' needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective therapy programs. Your responsibilities include maintaining healthcare records and fostering strong relationships with residents and families. Your leadership will inspire Occupational Therapy Assistants as you work to uphold high-quality care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of daily living skills
• Collaborate closely with acute care and community resources
• Design interventions to enhance functional abilities
• Document resident progress and care plans diligently
• Provide leadership to Occupational Therapy Assistants
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Proven experience in assessments and individualized care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with residents and teams
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required for travel
