Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance based on individual needs

• Participate in medication assistance programs as outlined in care plans

• Report resident observations and concerns to licensed nurses

• Adapt services based on changing resident conditions

• Contribute to ongoing education and staff development opportunities

Requirements:

• Registered with CLHA as a Health Care Aide

• Current immunization records, including TB test

• Recent Criminal Reference Check necessary

• Excellent organizational and team-working skills

• Physical ability to manage the demands of the role
