Alberta Health Services is seeking a Recreation Therapist I to join the team at Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, educate and manage clients’ progress, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.
You will provide clinical support and consultation, participate in patient rounds and family conferences, and collaborate with the health care team to deliver quality care aligned with standards of practice.
