As the Program Lead, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of vital health promotion initiatives across Alberta. Collaborating with a diverse range of partners, this position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to develop evidence-informed strategies and enhance child health. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guiding multidisciplinary teams towards achieving significant health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health promotion projects across Alberta
• Implement and evaluate evidence-informed strategies
• Develop and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities
• Guide strategic planning and quality improvement efforts
• Monitor project-specific budgets and trends
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health or related field
• Minimum 3 years in leadership and program planning
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
• Preferred 3 years in child and youth health promotion
• Strong communication and project management skills
