This full-time role requires you to provide diagnostic assessments and implement evidence-based mental health interventions for operational stress injury clients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design individualized treatment strategies and utilize outcome monitoring tools to ensure effective care. Your contributions will enhance the overall mental health services provided at our OSI Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment strategies
• Provide evidence-based individual and group interventions
• Implement routine outcome monitoring for treatment evaluation
• Engage in collaborative consultation and program development
• Deliver episodic care in a tertiary mental health setting
Requirements:
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology
• Good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
• Background working with military and emergency personnel
• Experience treating trauma-related disorders
• Competence in psychological evaluation and case conceptualization
