Aspire is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant to collaborate with experienced therapists for children aged 2-18. The role emphasizes flexibility, growth, and community involvement, underpinned by strong administrative support. Ideal candidates will have experience in sensory regulation and motor skills, providing meaningful assistance in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist therapists with assessment follow-up and intervention services
• Build capacity with parents, teachers, and school staff
• Facilitate skill development for children and families
• Provide administrative support to therapists
• Develop resources and training tools for teams
Requirements:
• Diploma in occupational or physical therapy assistance
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
• Experience with neurodivergent children preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
