This role within the CASA Mental Health Classrooms Program involves providing individual and group therapy, medication management, and developing personalized care plans. As part of a collaborative team, you will assess and address mental health needs, monitor care plans, and educate patients about their conditions. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing children's overall well-being in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments of psychological and physical health
• Create individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions
• Provide essential education regarding medication and health
• Monitor patients and adjust care strategies accordingly
• Document all interactions and therapeutic outcomes
Requirements:
• Requires three to five years in pediatric mental health
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Active membership with nursing regulatory bodies
• Understanding of community mental health resources
• Must have a valid driver’s license
