Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, this role involves providing superior counseling to patients and addressing their medication-related inquiries promptly. You will also participate in community health events and enhance public awareness around medication safety, ensuring a positive impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly patient counseling on new medications
• Create public health awareness through community events
• Respond to patient needs and Doctor's inquiries timely
• Offer OTC recommendations and manage extensions
• Prescribe medications for minor ailments effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; ACP registration
• Required Additional Prescribing Authority (APA)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system
