This full-time position involves consulting and directly intervening with children aged 2-18 years. You will engage closely with families and educational teams to enhance communication and developmental skills.
Your role is to provide tailored support and increase understanding across various domains, promoting overall child well-being in both home and school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individual intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy as appropriate
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete standardized testing and documentation
• Build skills around motor activities and sensory regulation
Requirements:
• Registered Occupational Therapist in Alberta required
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Experience with childhood developmental issues preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to manage diverse workloads
