HCA Temporary Position

Qualicare Calgary is looking for compassionate individuals for a temporary HCA role. You’ll assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and engage in activities that enrich their lives. The position requires 24-hour shift availability from Wednesday to Sunday and may lead to permanent job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and care

• Prepare and serve meals based on client preferences

• Perform light housekeeping and assist with errands

• Accompany clients during outings for companionship

• Provide medication assistance and reminders as needed

Requirements:

• Must have HCA certification and CLPNA registration

• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

• Negative TB test or chest x-ray prior to employment

• Reliable internet and mobile phone access required
