As part of the EAP network, you will deliver high-quality counseling to employees and their household members. This role involves conducting assessments and offering support for challenges like anxiety and work-life balance within your community. Alignment with Com Psych’s high clinical standards is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver EAP counseling through in-person sessions

• Conduct comprehensive intake and clinical evaluations

• Support clients facing relationship and workplace challenges

• Maintain regulated clinical documentation and records

• Navigate Com Psych’s intake and authorization processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field

• At least 3 years of clinical experience post-master's

• Professional registration or highest-level accreditation

• Current professional liability insurance

• Submit a recent CV or resume
