Bethany Health Care Aide Position

Provide vital care as a Health Care Aide at Bethany College side in Red Deer, Alberta. This part-time role focuses on assisting residents while promoting dignity and independence.

As a Health Care Aide, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and well-being of residents by assisting them with daily living activities. You will maintain detailed documentation of care and observations, ensuring the safety and emotional support of all residents. A collaborative approach with the healthcare team will be essential in evaluating care plans and addressing residents' needs.

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education and approved Health Care Aide certificate
