As a Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients remain safe and independent. This position requires providing personal care and assistance with mobility and light exercises while observing and reporting on clients’ conditions. Your compassionate approach will significantly impact the lives of those you support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and hygiene support to clients
• Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
• Document and report changes in client conditions
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
• Ensure client safety and independence in community settings
Requirements:
• Active license in good standing with CLHA
• Clear Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector)
• Proof of a negative TB test
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Commitment to work every other weekend
