EAP Provider - In-Person Counseling

Position: EAP Provider - In-Person Counseling at ComPsych
Provide integral EAP services as a licensed mental health clinician with Com Psych. Engage in delivering face-to-face counseling to enhance employee well-being and resolve personal challenges.

As an EAP Provider within Com Psych’s network, you will address various behavioral health needs through effective short-term counseling. This role is designed for skilled clinicians committed to ethical practices, delivering support in areas such as anxiety and workplace stress. Your responsibilities include completing intake assessments and documentation, all while ensuring alignment with Com Psych's high standards of care and clinical expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person EAP counseling sessions for clients

• Perform intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Help clients manage issues like grief and stress

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in timely fashion

• Collaborate with Com Psych for continuous care

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field

• At least 3 years of post-master’s clinical experience

• Highest-level professional certification required

• Required professional liability insurance

• Up-to-date resume or CV requested
