Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and assist with daily activities
• Ensure medication compliance as outlined in care plans
• Report any resident condition changes to LPNs
• Be adaptable to meet individual resident needs
• Document care activities in compliance with policies
Requirements:
• Registered Health Care Aide with CLHA
• Up-to-date immunization and TB test certification
• Recent clear Criminal Reference and Vulnerable Check
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Physically capable of meeting job demands, including lifting
