Position: Health Care Aide Role in Olds, Alberta
Location: Olds

You will report directly to the Director of Care and collaborate closely with nursing staff to provide holistic care that meets the social, emotional, and physical needs of residents. Your efforts will directly contribute to person-centered service, maintaining Optima Living’s esteemed mission and values throughout your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with all daily living activities

• Participate in palliative and end-of-life care

• Document resident needs and care interventions

• Ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies are available

• Help residents with mobility and support during meals

Requirements:

• Successful completion of Health Care Aide program

• Active registration with College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• CPR and First Aid certifications required

• Experience in residential or mental health settings preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
