As a vital member of the Save-On-Foods team, your role will focus on delivering high-quality patient care by managing prescriptions with expertise. You will be responsible for accurately receiving prescriptions, conducting final checks, and mentoring Pharmacy Assistants. Success in this position requires knowledge of operational procedures and customer service principles to provide exceptional assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transcribe and authenticate verbal prescriptions
• Ensure all prescriptions are accurate before dispensing
• Conduct the final verification on prepared medications
• Support front store and dispensary operations effectively
• Deliver top-tier customer service at all interactions
Requirements:
• Valid Pharmacy Technician licence and in good standing
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Previous pharmacy dispensary experience preferred
• Familiarity with Kroll software is advantageous
• Commitment to company policies and community health
