- Experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
- Experience educating and coaching employees.
- Experience with workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Experience adhering to and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Capability to deliver presentations Understanding of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience with a variety of computer tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Terms of Employment:
Fulltime Permanent Position 40 hours per week - Salary: $41.80 - $57.69 per hour
