Title: Marketing Data Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3x in office/week)

Pay Rate: T4 - $44.83/hr | INC - $51.34/hr

Role Overview :

Support marketing teams with data analytics, reporting, and predictive modeling for campaigns across the US and Canada.
Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and help align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Must-Have

Qualifications:

2+ years experience with SQL and PowerBI
1+ year Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous marketing analyst experience
Experience in financial institutions/Banks.

Nice-to-Have

Qualifications:

Experience building dashboards and journey reports
Knowledge of audience segmentation and predictive modeling
Understanding business requirements and translating into technical specs
