The Role
We are looking for an amazing QA Analyst with a keen eye and a keen testing intuition to help us make our products even better. If you are capable of balancing a flexible, yet systematic approach to software scrutinisation, you might be the one we need.
What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Perform extensive compatibility testing for Jira, Confluence, DC and Cloud versions.
- Develop and maintain test documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Execute tests, record and report defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automation testing solutions.
- Contribute to the improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
- Support our continuous testing practices.
- Provide production support for software products by investigating and recreating reported defects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong English communicator who clearly articulates ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Highly structured and organized yet flexible enough to thrive with changing requirements and schedules.
- Solid experience in planning and executing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Experience and understanding of web application testing, including testing of business logic, usability, and UI, understanding the difference between GET and POST requests, and basic XSS knowledge.
- Experience in establishing or improving the testing process.
- Analytical approach to issues and enjoys problem solving.
- Enjoys collaborating with teams and individuals to clarify and understand user needs and technical capabilities.
- Advantages (optional):

- Experience with Jira administration
- Experience with agile software development methodologies

- Experience with security testing
- Automation tools:
Cypress/Playwright, Jest, OWASP ZAP. - Experience with Java, Kotlin, Typescript, Python, Go and Jira development a plus.
- Linux, MacOS, AWS experience.
