Become a Senior Institutional Research Analyst at Red Deer Polytechnic and impact organizational decision-making. This senior position specializes in analytics and research methodology.
In this role, you will be essential in guiding institutional research and analytics practices, providing senior leadership with meaningful data insights. Your expertise in statistical methods and advanced analytics tools will drive institutional planning and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex analytical projects to resolve institutional questions
• Develop dashboards and reporting for strategic initiatives
• Provide analytics leadership and methodology consultation
• Validate data for reporting, accreditation, and funding
• Conduct training sessions on data literacy
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent training experience
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis
• Proficient in Statistical Software and Business Intelligence tools
• Experience in institutional research within education
• Strong communication abilities for presenting data insights
Utilize your analytical skills to support RDP’s mission and objectives.
