Experienced IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide essential IT support by troubleshooting and configuring systems in a Microsoft environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 applications

• Support client PCs, servers, and networking systems

• Document support activities using an IT ticketing system

• Develop and implement IT solutions with team collaboration

• Maintain and execute technical documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work collaboratively within a technical team

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory is beneficial
