As a Client Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in onboarding clients and responding to queries with professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first contact for client inquiries across platforms
• Develop extensive knowledge of Aba Data’s product offerings
• Oversee client devices and facilitate technical support
• Execute routine account maintenance tasks efficiently
• Keep accurate logs of client interactions using Hub Spot
Requirements:
• Customer-facing experience in technology or energy preferred
• Technical diploma or degree is considered an asset
• Exceptional communication abilities in English
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM software, especially Hub Spot
