This onsite role at the Red Deer Regional Hospital focuses on troubleshooting advanced technical issues related to computing and mobility devices. You will resolve complex user problems, escalate critical issues, and support system installations required for operational growth. Your customer service experience will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient technology use across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support for desktop and printer devices
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Install and maintain technology in healthcare settings
• Assess client requests and determine root causes
• Collaborate with senior staff for escalated issues
Requirements:
• Certificate in Computer Support or equivalent
• Post-secondary certification in Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years deskside support experience
• Strong customer service in large organizations
• ITIL certification preferred
