Uniway Computer is seeking a dedicated User Support Technician for a full-time position based at their physical location. In this role, you will facilitate computer network access, troubleshoot system issues, and offer training to users. With a focus on MAC systems and desktop applications, you will ensure optimal performance of business networks and provide invaluable user support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grant access to computer networks and systems
• Report performance issues in systems and networks
• Respond promptly to user difficulties with computers
• Offer advice and training in troubleshooting
• Maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software
Requirements:
• Education in Computer Science or Network Administration
• No prior experience necessary, will train
• Strong knowledge of MAC and networking hardware
• Familiarity with MS Office and Windows applications
• Must work on-site without remote options
