The City of Red Deer is seeking an Information Technology Analyst for a permanent full-time position. You will deliver technical support, manage endpoint security, and oversee hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network environments, particularly with Microsoft Windows systems and PC hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktop and mobile computers

• Manage endpoint security and compliance with IT standards

• Provide technical support through the Service Centre

• Research and implement technology solutions for efficiency

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for IT service delivery

Requirements:

• Two-year technical computer diploma or equivalent experience

• Three years of comparable position experience

• Experience in medium to large network environments

• Troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows OS

• Excellent communication ability and readiness for field service
