We're seeking a skilled engineer with a robust technical background in scripting and workflow automation. You will efficiently manage integration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Rally. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills and expertise in automating data synchronization between Jira Cloud and Rally through Connect All.
Key Responsibilities:
• Automate workflows and data synchronization between Rally and Jira
• Develop scripts to extract data from IT systems for reporting
• Ensure uptime of Rally’s systems with performance checks
• Troubleshoot integration issues between Rally and Jira
• Collaborate to onboard business squads to Rally
Requirements:
• Proficient with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats
• Experience with API integration in IT systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Independent and efficient task management skills
• Hands-on experience with Rally, Jira, and Connect All
