In this essential role, you will oversee the D365 Business Central practice and engage in complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include guiding solution design, managing client projects, and serving as a trusted advisor. You will also mentor consultants, fostering continuous learning and professional growth within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 Business Central implementations from analysis to deployment

• Act as functional lead for finance, sales, and inventory processes

• Translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions

• Manage multiple client projects ensuring successful delivery

• Foster strong relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:

• 8+ years in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central

• Proven track record in leading ERP consulting engagements

• Strong finance, purchasing, and inventory process knowledge

• Experience mentoring and developing consulting teams

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
