Drive payroll solutions at a high level as a Technical Specialist focusing on Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll. This contract position requires a blend of functional and technical expertise.
In this role, you will enhance payroll processing by configuring Oracle Fusion modules and managing legislative requirements. Your work will directly impact payroll efficiency, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support payroll components
• Execute end-to-end payroll activities efficiently
• Design payroll elements and reporting needs
• Maintain payroll tax compliance rigorously
• Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Proven hands-on experience in payroll systems
• Expertise in payroll reporting tools
• Understanding of payroll integrations with external systems
