Your role will focus on enhancing SMEs' operational efficiency through the introduction of advanced digital tools and methodologies.
This volunteer placement lasts six months, beginning in August 2026, and is open to Canadian applicants only. Collaborate with PSOJ to develop a robust Digital Maturity Framework and oversee an effective Automation Toolkit. You’ll guide organizations in their digital transformation journeys, measure impact, and help increase efficiency and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish the SME Digital Maturity Framework and Assessment Tool
• Create the SME Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit
• Carry out the Digital Adoption Pathway and Pilot Programme
• Assess organizational readiness for digital tool usage
• Track and measure process automation success
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
• Proven experience in strategic planning and training
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• A commitment to youth development and diversity
