This contract role seeks an experienced Technical Specialist in Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll. Ideal candidates will have over five years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and taxation management. You'll be responsible for configuring payroll modules, supporting year-end activities, and ensuring adherence to compliance, while engaging with both HR and technical teams to optimize payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute US payroll runs and manage Retro Pay processes

• Configure Legislative Data Groups and Payroll Calendars

• Maintain payroll deductions, garnishments, and bonuses

• Develop custom Fast Formulas for accurate payroll processing

• Perform UAT support and documentation
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM

• Experience with payroll reporting tools like BI Publisher

• Knowledge of US payroll tax legislation

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
