Project Manager – Net Suite ERP/SCM

Position Summary:

As a standalone Project Manager, you will lead complex Net Suite ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) consultancy projects for strategic clients.
Expertise in Asana is a strict requirement for this role , as it serves as the foundational tool for all task management, resource execution, and project tracking across full-lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asana platform ownership: Build, maintain, and manage all project tracks, workflows, and task dependencies within Asana; ensure the global project team executes tasks out of the platform as planned.
• Project delivery: Lead and direct remote, globally sourced teams implementing Net Suite ERP (GL, AP, AR, Projects, Expenses) and SCM (procurement, inventory, supplier management) modules.
• Scope & financial control: Develop integrated schedules and critical paths. Monitor, track, and control project change through formal change management to maintain statements of work, costs, and schedule baselines.
• Client & stakeholder management: Act as the primary contact for strategic clients; interface and report implementation status directly to C-suite leadership.
• Execution: Maintain a  roll-up-your-sleeves  ethic, stepping beyond standard administrative boundaries to help create technical documents or presentations when necessary to ensure project success.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Mandatory tool expertise:
  Must have extensive, hands-on experience utilizing Asana as the primary engine for complex project and task management.
• Technical expertise: 4+ years of direct experience managing Net Suite ERP and SCM projects within cloud or hybrid environments.
• Overall experience: 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with 15+ years in professional services leading client-facing implementations.
• Methodologies: Proven success running projects under both Waterfall and Agile frameworks (PMP or Agile certifications preferred).
• Team leadership: Extensive experience managing cross-functional, remote, and globally distributed delivery teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The current salary range for this position is up to $170,000 CAD annually.
