As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in leading IS initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement and delivery timelines. Your expertise in configuring financial systems and collaborating with various teams will drive business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead post-production support activities for Workday solutions
• Manage workflows, security, and system integrations across platforms
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to stakeholders
• Contribute to UAT processes and validation activities
• Develop user training materials and technical documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Workday Finance
• 2 years experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
• Familiarity with APIs, FDM, and BIRT is essential
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
