Endpoint Security Analyst

Position: Endpoint Security Analyst City
Become the key Information Technology Analyst for the City of Red Deer, Alberta, where your focus will be on endpoint security and technical support. This full-time role requires a hands-on approach to IT administration.

In this role, you'll manage security protocols, perform system troubleshooting, and document IT strategies to streamline operations. You'll team up with various business units on compliance and operational excellence while overseeing mobile device management platforms. Your efforts in incident response and stakeholder collaboration will enhance the City's IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage endpoint security and vulnerability responses

• Troubleshoot and refresh hardware/software systems

• Document and maintain IT policies and standards

• Support the City’s mobile device initiatives and compliance

• Collaborate across teams for effective IT delivery

Requirements:

• Two-year technical diploma or relevant experience

• Three years in an IT analyst capacity

• Experience with SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management

• Strong relationship-building skills in IT settings

• Must have a valid driver’s license for service calls
