Microsoft Purview Security Consultant

In this role, you will implement Microsoft Purview for robust data governance, classification, and compliance. Strong scripting skills in Power Shell, Python, and KQL are crucial to enhancing Purview capabilities. You’ll configure the Microsoft Defender suite and deploy Microsoft Sentinel, ensuring effective monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Microsoft Purview for governance and compliance

• Develop automation scripts using Power Shell, Python, KQL

• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender suite

• Deploy Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring and incident response

• Build KQL queries, dashboards, and detection rules

Requirements:

• Security Clearance (Reliability or Secret)

• Experience with Microsoft Purview and coding

• Proficient in Microsoft Defender and Sentinel

• Strong scripting skills in Power Shell, Python, KQL

• Azure security and monitoring experience
