This full-time role in the DSI team requires expertise in desktop support and installation of software and hardware. As a Computer Technician, you will be the first line of technical support for employees and actively participate in promoting a positive work environment.
Your role ensures systems are operational, allowing the Agency’s mission to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktops and smartphones
• Install and maintain computer systems and software
• Record incidents in Help Desk system promptly
• Offer after-hours support on a rotational basis
• Train new employees on computer systems
Requirements:
• Certificate in information technology or equivalent
• Minimum of three years’ desktop support experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
