Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver desktop support via phone, email, or in person
• Install and repair hardware and software as necessary

• Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems
Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in information technology
• At least three years of experience in desktop support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
