This full-time position seeks candidates with at least five years of proven IT support experience, ideally within a Managed Services Provider setting. Key skills include mastery of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud services such as Azure and AWS. You'll design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure, tackling complex challenges while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex technical issues using an advanced ticketing system
• Manage accounts and cloud services with meticulous detail
• Provide expert remote and on-site support to clients
• Configure and maintain servers and networking equipment
• Design proposals for infrastructure enhancements
Requirements:
• Deep expertise in IT support and technical problem-solving
• Proficiency in ticketing workflows, RMM, and PSA systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• General IT certifications are a plus
