PRIMARY

PURPOSE:

To handle losses and claims for property and casualty insurers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Estimates cost of repair, replacement, or compensation.  in preparing loss experience report to help ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Licensing Committed to continuous education to keep up to date with all industry and legislative issues and changes

Experience 1 to 2 year experience

Proven adjusting, negotiating skills and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced computer skills including office, outlook and web-based applications

Skills & Knowledge Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills Strong customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently or in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies Job type:

Compensation Information:

This position is full time and compensation is commission based.
